Weight Loss Exercises

There are a lot of useful exercises that help you lose weight as quickly as possible. The most important are: 
- Exercises to stand on the tips of the foot, standing on the toes and then stretching the foot, repeat this exercise daily for two minutes.

- Stomach exercises: Sleep on the back and put hands on the head and then climb by raising the head and back and go down lying on the back many times, and continued in this exercise for two minutes a day. 

- Abdominoplasty exercises: Sleep on the face and put your hands down the back and then start lifting the head and chest ten times. 

-Buttock exercises: Sleep on the face and then move the right foot by lifting it up and down, and then repeat the process on the left foot eight times. 

-Waist Exercises: Squatting, bending your body and putting your hands on your head, and then moving your waist in both directions eight times. 

-Walking and swimming exercises: Walking is very useful for weight loss and burning calories and fat accumulated, as well as swimming in which all the organs move. The stairs go up and down to burn calories and a long staircase should be chosen. The process should be repeated seven times a day.
